Position Overview

Care Behavioral Concepts is seeking a seasoned BCBA to join our leadership team and support the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services within our structured three-tier clinical model. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight for a defined caseload, supervise and develop mid-tier staff, and ensure the consistent implementation of evidence-based programming. You will play a key role in maintaining treatment fidelity, driving clinical outcomes, and supporting operational excellence across the region. This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced clinician to lead with integrity, make data-informed decisions, and contribute to the continued growth of our mission-driven organization.

Schedule Requirements

  • Must be available Mondays through Fridays, primarily between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

    These hours reflect the peak need for client services — consistency and reliability during this time block are essential for client progress and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans across your caseload

  • Conduct clinical assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland‑3), analyze data trends, and adjust programming as needed

  • Mentor and support mid-tier supervisors and Behavior Technicians

  • Meets and reports to Executive Director

  • Deliver parent training and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

  • Contribute to weekly clinical reviews, team meetings, and BT training sessions

  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance standards are met

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing

  • 3+ years of ABA clinical experience

  • 2+ years of in-person supervisory experience (remote does not count)

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Must be willing to complete onboarding steps and attend an initial training period

  • Willingness to travel to in-home and community-based client settings

  • Must obtain criminal background clearance (reimbursement provided)

  • Must provide proof of a negative TB test (reimbursement provided)

Physical Requirements

  • Engage in physical activities with clients: sitting, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)

  • Comfortable navigating varied home environments with different levels of distractions and noise
