Position Overview

Clinical Supervisors at Care Behavioral Concepts are trusted leaders and collaborators. In this role, you will oversee the clinical integrity of client programs, guide Behavior Technicians through mentorship and supervision, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your clinical judgment, compassion, and leadership will directly shape positive outcomes and advance the impact of our services.

We provide a tiered path for growth based on experience and responsibilities:

  • Associate Clinical Supervisor – Ideal for newer BCBAs or those transitioning into supervisory roles

  • Senior Clinical Supervisor – Leaders with advanced clinical insight, mentorship roles, and oversight of complex cases

Each tier includes dedicated support, ongoing development, and recognition for your growing expertise and leadership.
