Getting Started with ABA Services
Diagnosis & Referral
ABA therapy requires a formal diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder or a related developmental condition from a licensed professional. If a diagnosis has not yet been obtained, our team can assist with referrals to qualified evaluators.
Submit an Intake Inquiry
Complete our online [Contact Form] and select “Client/Caregiver”
A dedicated intake coordinator will follow up to guide you through the next steps.Insurance & Funding Verification
Our administrative team will verify your insurance coverage or funding source, review applicable benefits, and help you understand authorizations, copayments, and documentation requirements.
Clinical Assessment
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive assessment using standardized tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS. This assessment will establish a baseline for skills and behaviors, which will inform treatment planning.
Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on assessment results and caregiver input, your BCBA will develop a customized treatment plan with clearly defined goals, progress metrics, and a schedule of recommended services.
Service Implementation
Once authorization is approved, your clinical team will be assigned and services will begin. Our qualified BCBA will provide ongoing clinical oversight, data analysis, and plan modifications to ensure effective outcomes.
